A: Product Profile
The hydraulic unloading dryer consists of the main body of the dryer, driving motor, oil removing screen basket, unloading tray, hydraulic station, vibration isolator and bracket. The three-phase motor drives the dryer to rotate through belt, and the rotating speed of the dryer can reach1400r/min. In the case of high speed operation, the oil attached to the chips is separated from the chips by strong centrifugal force. The mesh of the oil removal screen is carefully and scientifically designed by our company to block the debris in the mesh and throw the oil out of the mesh. The oil falls into the oil cavity and is discharged from the oil outlet. Chips cling to the inner wall of the rotor under centrifugal force, and move upward under the upward push of the hydraulically driven discharge tray. After the discharge tray is pushed upward to a large stroke, the hydraulic pressure reverses, and the oil cylinder moves downward to drive the push tray downward, so repeatedly, continuously pushing the chips upward. Only when the pusher plate is lowered to the * low position, untreated chips will be re-conveyed to the centrifuge rotor to avoid mixing untreated and treated chips. As the pusher plate continues to push, the chips continue to rise along the drum wall in the drum until they are pushed out of the drum and discharged from the bottom discharge port along the shell dropping channel.
Degreasing screen is installed at the upper part of rotary drum, piston cylinder is installed at the bottom, sealing ring is arranged between pushing plate and piston cylinder, and chips are degreased at the upper degreasing screen area.
II. Advantages

3. Centrifuge is installed on the bracket through rubber isolator, rubber isolator has sufficient internal damping, low natural frequency and reliable isolation.
4. Centrifuge is equipped with vibration sensor, motor variable frequency drive, when centrifuge amplitude is too large, centrifuge will automatically adjust the working state of centrifuge, prevent centrifuge vibration caused damage.
